No minimum size on Rendering Debugger window
How to reproduce:
1. Create a URP sample project
2. Focus on the Game view
3. Go to Window -> Analysis -> Rendering Debugger
4. Shrink the window to its minimum
Expected results: All fields are still seen at its minimum size
Actual results: Nothing can be seen at its minimum size
Reproducible with: 6000.0.46f1, 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a9
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.3 (M1), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
