[Layout] Horizontal scroll bar in the Animation window doesn't extend automatically
Repro steps:
1) Open any project and Animation window in it
2) Create new animation and add any property
3) Drag last keyframe to the right where you can't see it
4) Notice horizontal scroll bar doesn't expand and you can't slide to the dragged keyframe
Workaround:
Click the right arrow near the scroll bar to expand it
