No Font Asset is assigned to filenames when Editor version is saved in a folder with non-Latin characters
Steps to reproduce:
1. Save the Editor version in a folder with non-Latin characters like {{Unıty Editör}}
2. In Unity Hub, locate the version that is in the non-Latin character named folder
3. Open the project “Project_FlappyBird.zip” with that version
4. Observe the Project Window
