'NextVisible(true)' fails when using [SerializeReference] and [HideInInspector] Attributes
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user-supplied project
2. Select foo_test Serialized Object in the Project window
Expected: no errors are spammed in the Console
Actual: 'Did not enter visible children for serialize reference' errors are spammed in the Console
Reproduced in: 2019.3.0f4, 2020.1.0a19
Not reproduced in: 2017.4.36f1 (Script breaks), 2018.4.15f1 (Script breaks), 2019.2.18f1('SerializeReference' inaccessible due to protection level)
Note: Did not enter visible children for serialize reference
