New project opened via existing project ignores editor start parameters
How to reproduce:
1. Start Unity editor with -force-opengl command line argument.
2. Create or load a project.
3. Select File->New Project/Open Project.
4. Create or open existing project.
5. Observe that Unity editor has switched over to the default of DX11 mode, ignoring the -force-opengl argument.
