New downloads status icons are not visible in the Hub "Downloads" when at least one failed download is present
How to reproduce:
1. In Unity Hub, have a failed download and make sure the red dot is visible near downloads
2. Start downloading any other Editor version
3. Collapse the downloads menu and observe the results
Expected results: The blue dot is visible because there is an ongoing download despite a previously failed one
Actual results: Only red dot is visible and it is not clear what is the status of the new downloads
Reproducible with: 3.16.2
Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: Red dot should be replaced with the blue one at least for the time of the downloading as it is better than opening the downloads menu all the time
