NetworkTransport API - Memory leaks minimally in Linux
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project and scene
2) Play it
The memory very slowly, but assuredly rise (internally tested, 50MB/hour, reported worst case scenario - 333 MB/hour)
Reproduced in 2017.4.10f1, 2018.2.7f1
Not reproduced in Windows 10
