NetworkManagerHUD in WebGL build has no text elements
Steps to reproduce:
1. open 'guiREPRO.zip'
2. build for WebGL
- GUI has no text elements and forms (image attached)
Reproduced: 5.4.0b14, 5.4.0b18
Not reproducible: 5.3.4p6
Workaround: add a script which has OnGUI label/button build for webgl and all of the GUI is working again
