Network manager crashes when trying to instantiate null prefab reference
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open "network-crash-repro.zip"
2. Load "First" scene
3. Play and click "LAN Host"
4. Unity crashes
Expected: Null reference instantiating does not crash the editor
Actual: It does
Reproduced on: 2018.1.0b6, 2018.1.0b1, 2018.1.0a7, 2018.1.0a6
Not reproduced on: 2017.2.1p3, 2017.3.1f1, 2018.1.0a3, 2018.1.0a5
