Nested prefabs validation. "Apply All" / "Revert All" still function when nothing has changed
Overide buttons "Revert all" and "Apply All" are avalible and clickable when nothing has changed or can be reverted. From a validation perspective i think this is a little confusing, for instance,
- Once you apply changes you still have "Revert all" and "Apply All" active. This seems like my changes have not been applied.
- When i open a project or work on it for a little while, i see "Revert all" and "Apply All" and panic, "oh no what have i changed". I then have to double check my changes only to see nothing has changed.
Steps to reproduce.
- Open any project
- Create a prefab
- Select it and in the inspector head to overide
- NOTICE ISSUE >> Although nothing has changed "Revert all" and "Apply All" are avalible. I feel this can be misleading. I would only have them activate when there is a change to the prefab.
