Nested Prefab's script values get reset to default when upgrading to 2019.4.23f1 or above
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "NestedPrefabs-2019.4.17f1 ---.zip" project
2. Open the "Building_Small_Wide_07_Prop_01" Prefab in Prefab Mode
3. Expand the "Addon_Light_Sconce_01 (1)" Prefab in the Hierarchy
4. Select the "Point light" GameObject
5. Observe the "Light Intensity" property in the Inspector window
Expected result: Light Intensity is set to 2
Actual result: Light Intensity gets set to 1
Reproducible with: 2019.4.23f1, 2019.4.27f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.22f1, 2020.3.10f1, 2021.1.8f1, 2021.2.0a17
