[NavMeshSurface]Selecting navmesh surface with mouse drag while holding first mouse button makes interface elements to blink
Reproduction steps:
1.Create new Unity project.
2.Create any game object and attach "NavMeshSurface" component to it.
3.Select it with mouse drag while holding first mouse button.
Actual result: inspector, hierarchy and navmesh starts to blink when mouse is dragged and it is difficult to select objects like this because of blinking(GIF attached).
Expected result: navmesh is selected like any other game object without blinking.
Additional note: it is also hard to select it with usual mouse clicks in the scene.
Workaround: select navmesh object through hierarchy.
