NavMeshQuery::Raycast contains an endless loop that makes the Editor freeze when using NavMeshAgent.RayCast
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (NavMeshQuery-EndlessLoop.rar)
2. Open the YuJiGong_Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Press 'L' and wait a few seconds
Expected result: the Editor does not freeze
Actual result: the Editor freezes due to an infinite loop
Reproducible with: 2018.4.23f1, 2019.4.0f1, 2020.1.0b13, 2020.2.0a15
