NavMeshBuilder creates navmesh with 'step up' into static cube with collider
How to reproduce:
1. Download attached project
2. Open "scene" Scene
3. Press Play
Expected result: NavMeshBuilder creates navmesh without any unwanted "step ups"
Actual result: NavMeshBuilder creates navmesh with 'step up' into 3D static Cube with collider
Reproduced with: 5.5.2f1, 5.6.3f1, 2017.1.0p3,2017.2.0b6, 2017.3.0a3
Note: after Navigation -> Bake is made - everything fixes
