[NavMeshAgent] NavMeshAgent starts to stutter and its movement vector doesn't get 0 when required distance to target is reached
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "/Scenes/Test"
3. Run it
4. Move red cube back a little by pressing S then quickly press W to move it forward
5. Notice that Camera (which is attached to NavMeshAgent) starts to stutter. Also, opening navigation tab will show that movement vector never gets to 0 (video attached)
