NavMeshAgent doesnt follow navpaths correctly when using OffMeshLinks
To reproduce:
1. Open project "ShowNavLinkProblem"
2. Open scene "TestOffMeshLink"
3. Enter play mode. Left click in scene to make the agent walk across the empty tile in the middle (the agent moves faster through the middle tile, might be a bug)
4. Select the "NavAgent" in scene
5. In the inspector enable "Use Desired Velocity" in the "TestNav" script
6. Try clicking in scene again - while moving across the middle section the agent chooses a weird inefficient path
