NavMesh is generated with an unexpected gap when using Physics Colliders as geometry
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached project "1213279.zip"
2. Open the Sample Scene
3. Select the Navmesh GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Inspect the generated NavMesh
Expected result: There is no gap in the NavMesh between the floor and Capsule GameObjects
Actual result: There is a gap in the NavMesh between the floor and Capsule GameObjects
Reproduces on: 2018.4.17f1, 2019.3.3f1, 2020.1.0a24
Notes:
Could not test on Unity 2017.4 due to Console errors.

Unfortunately, after careful consideration we will not be addressing your issue at this time, as we are currently committed to resolving other higher-priority issues. Our priority levels are determined by factors such as the severity and frequency of an issue and the number of users affected by it.
With our recent delivery of the AI Navigation package, our focus is now on ensuring compatibility with the new animation system. However, we know each case is different, so do please continue to log any issues you find, as well as provide general feedback on our roadmap page to help us prioritize.
