NavMesh Agent does not choose the lower-cost path when it is to the side of the destination
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “NavigationBug.zip” project
2. Open the “NavigationBug” Scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the Game or the Scene view
Expected results: NavMesh Agent travels on the pink path
Actual results: NavMesh Agent ignores the pink path and travels straight
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-exp.4 (2021.3.40f1), 1.1.5 (2022.3.36f1), 2.0.0 (6000.0.9f1)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: Reproducible in Player
