Multiple missing script warnings after changing Skybox Material when reloading the scene during runtime
Reproduction steps:
1. Create an empty 3D project
2. Go to 'Window->Rendering->Lighting->Environment->Skybox Material' and change Skybox Material to any other
3. Save the scene
4. Enter Play mode
5. Create a new c# script
6. After the scene reloads, observe the Console
Expected result: no warnings are in the Console
Actual result: multiple warnings are displayed in the Console
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a14, 2020.3.22f1, 2021.2.1f1, 2022.1.0a13
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.1.0a13
Note: the issue is also reproducible if the existing script is changed
