Multiple missing script warnings after changing Skybox Material when reloading the scene during runtime
Reproduction steps:

3. Save the scene
4. Enter Play mode
5. Create a new c# script
6. After the scene reloads, observe the Console
Expected result: no warnings are in the Console
Actual result: multiple warnings are displayed in the Console
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a14, 2020.3.22f1, 2021.2.1f1, 2022.1.0a13
