Multiple errors are produced to console when running Angry Bots

Steps to reproduce:
1. Build and run Angry Bots on any WP8 device
2. See player log for error:
Exception: Could not load file or assembly 'WinRTLegacy, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=188ed33ae00e1c78' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference.
