Multiple Editor windows are shaking when re-sizing them with DX12 Graphics API
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Set the Graphics API to Direct3D12 in the Rendering section (Edit -> Project Settings -> Player -> Other Settings)
3. Re-size any window in the Editor
4. While re-sizing observe the Project window
Expected result: Re-sizing is smooth and no shaking on the Project window
Actual result: Re-sizing is not smooth and the Project window is shaking (Also Hierarchy window)
Reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.21f1, 2020.2.7f1, 2021.1.0b9, 2021.2.0a7
Note:
- The performance difference can also be seen in the Profiler
