[MSE] MergeScene API does not work as expected
Steps to repro:
- Launch the attached project
- Open the scene 1.unity
- Click the playmode
Note that scene 2.unity gets unloaded but 1.unity does not have that game object. Also now on that 2.unity scene cannot be removed from the hierarchy and it gets listed as part of GetAllScenes API.
