Moving sprite borders in the sprite editor does not activate "Apply" button
To reproduce:
1. Import a sprite
2. Open the sprite editor
3. Try moving the sprite borders - the apply button is still gray, as if no changes have been made
If you change the border value via the input in the bottom right corner the changes are caught and everything works fine
