Mouse click registers twice when foregrounding unity while recompiling and quickly positioning the cursor over any UI button
To reproduce:
1. Open QA's attached project
2. Edit any comment in the "EditMe" script
3. Click on the Editor window to foreground it and begin a recompile
4. After clicking quickly position the cursor on the Play button
Expected result: A single mouse click is registered when foregrounding the Editor
Actual result: An additional mouse click is registered and the Editor button is pressed
