Mounting archive file system for lighting data asset failed! error when building to Mobile
Repro Steps:
1. Download Main internal ARFSamples project (here: [https://github.cds.internal.unity3d.com/unity/arfoundation] )
2. Open in 2020.3.27f1
3. Change build settings to Android (Also reproduces with iOS)
4. Build and run to device
5. Observe failures above
Notes:
- Confirmed repros in 2020.3.23f1, 2020.3.24f1, 2020.3.27f1, 2021.2.10f1, and 2022.2.0a9
Workaround: build instead of building and running. After the initial build, building and running will work again

Latest issues

Resolution Note:
I have been unable to reproduce this issue.
2020.3; too many script compiler errors from the ARFoundation package.
2021.3; GI part of the build works and at the end of the build it fails on some Gradle error.
2022.2; build and run works fine, deployed to Android device. no repro.
2023.2; project doesn't work.
If this issue is still reproducible on your end, please supply more detailed reproduction steps with the exact revision of the samples project to use.
