MonoDevelop will not close if the program is minimized or running in the background
Steps to reproduce :
- open Mono Develop on OSX
- minimize the window
- try to quit MD from the dock icon and notice that it doesn't close
- open the minimized window and press the red button to close the window
- try to quit Mono Develop from the dock icon again and notice that the icon is bouncing and MD doesn't close
