[MonoBehaviour] Enable checkbox is not shown when there are methods affected by it
To reproduce:
1. Open attached repro.unitypackage
2. Open scene 'square'. The scene has a UI sprite which has a monobehaviour on it. The monobehaviour implements the IPointerEnterHandler. The OnPointerEnter method get's called when the mouse is hovered over the image.
3. Notice that the monobehaviour in the inspector does not have a checkbox
4. Add a Start() or Update() method to the TestScript
5. Disable the monobehaviour on the image
6. Notice how the OnPointerEnter even is no longer getting called - it is affected by the enable/disable!
Workaround: add an empty Start() or Update() method to the monobehaviour to render the checkbox.
