Mono cannot validate SSL certificate properly on Windows
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open NetworkTest.cs and comment line:
ch.ChainPolicy.RevocationMode = X509RevocationMode.NoCheck;
3. Press play
4. Set Target Endpoint to https://root.virtualworldweb.com
5. Click Test Request
6. Notice exception in console
