[Mobile] Shader created from normals in Shader Graph looks pixelated when built to mobile devices
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open sample scene
3. Build and run to Android or OS platform
Actual result: The shader looks pixelated
Expected result: The shader should look the same as in the editor
Reproduced with:2019.2.3f1; 2020.1.0a2
Can't check on older versions due to errors.
Tested with:
VLNQA00262, Sony Xperia XZ Premium (G8141), Android 9, CPU: Snapdragon 835 MSM8998, GPU: Adreno (TM) 540
VLNQA00277, Asus ROG Phone (ASUS_Z01QD), Android 8.1.0, CPU: Snapdragon 845 SDM845, GPU: Adreno (TM) 630
iPhone 6 Plus iOS 11.4.1
