[Mobile] Screen.resolutions returns empty array on iOS/Android devices
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "1411013_Repro.zip" project
2. Build and run the Scene "SampleScene" on an iOS or Android device
Expected results: A list of supported/native resolutions are shown
Actual results: "Array is empty" text is shown
Reproducible with: 2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.31f1, 2021.2.17f1, 2022.1.0b13, 2022.2.0a8
