[Mobile] Resetting the Player Settings does not reset Icons to default empty values
Repro steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Switch build target to Android/iOS
3. Go to Player Settings -> Icon
4. Assign any icon
5. Click the Cog at the top right of the Player Settings Window and click Reset
Actual: All of the icons get reset except the ones in the Icon section
Reproducible with: 2018.4.25f1, 2019.4.4f1, 2020.1.0b16, 2020.2.0a18
