[Mobile] Huge memory allocation when project is built with all graphics APIs
1. Open attached project
2. Build to iOS with all graphics APIs
3. Look at initial memory allocation in instruments
4. Rebuild project with only 2 graphics APIs
5. Initial memory usage will be lower
