Missing menu bar in Windowed mode OS X mac standalone
Reproduction Steps:
1. Open User's or any other project
2. Build to Mac standalone
3. Run in windowed mode
4. Notice that there is no menu bar at the top
Expected: Menu bar only hides when build is run in fullscreen mode
Reproduced in versions: 5.3.4f12, 5.3.4p4, 5.3.5f1, 5.4.0b17, 5.4.0b19
Does not reproduce in Unity version 5.2.4f1

I noticed that this does not happen on OS X 10.10.5. But it happens on El Capitan.
