Missing documentation page opens when clicking “Open Reference” button on Streaming Controller component
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Add “Streaming Controller” component to any GameObject
3. Press the “Open Reference for Streaming Controller” question mark button on the “Streaming Controller” component
4. Observe the opened documentation page
Actual result: A missing page is opened
Expected result: “Streaming Controller” documentation page is opened
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a2, 6000.0.73f1, 6000.3.13f1, 6000.4.3f1, 6000.5.0b4, 6000.6.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2023.2.0a23
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (by user), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
