Missing documentation page is opened when opening reference for Custom Post Process Data
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new URP project
2. Create a Post-Process Data asset (Assets -> Create -> Rendering -> URP Post-Process Data)
3. Select the created asset in Project tab
4. In the Inspector, press on the question mark icon
5. Observe the opened page
Actual result: A missing documentation page gets opened
Expected result: The correct documentation page gets opened
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.73f1, 6000.3.14f1, 6000.4.4f1, 6000.5.0b5, 6000.6.0a3
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (By user), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
