Some Editor UI elements are missing borders
Steps:
1- Open a new or existing project
2- Select the main camera and look at the inspector
Result: The top borders of Inspector title bars are missing
Excepted: The top borders of Inspector title bars are visible
Reproducible with: 2019.3.8f1, 2019.4.10f1, 2020.1.5f1, 2020.2.0a7
