Meshes with LOD optimization are not rendered in WebGL build
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the PtCloudLOD_meshes scene
3. Switch to WebGL
4. Play the scene
5. Observe the meshes have been rendered
6. Build and Play
7. Observe the meshes are not rendered
Actual result: Meshes are not rendered
Expected result: Meshes should be rendered
Note:
Unable to test with other versions due the errors
Reproduced with: 2017.1.0p3, 2017.2.0b6, 2017.3.0a3

Issue likely related to custom LOD solution, we will not investigate this further.
