Shaded Wireframe is constantly visually changing when zooming in and or out of the Scene View
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user attached "SplinesProject.zip" project
2. Enter the "New Scene 1" Scene (Assets/Scenes)
3. Zoom in and out in the Scene View
Expected result: The Shaded Wireframe does not change
Actual result: The Shaded Wireframe is constantly changing when zooming in or out
Reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.36f1), 10.8.1 (2020.3.29f1), 12.1.4 (2021.2.12f1), 13.1.5 (2022.1.0b7), 14.0.0 (2022.2.0a4)
