Mesh renderer with no material crashes at Shader::GetActiveSubShaderIndex
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Add new cube to scene
3. Select it and in inspector expand its Mesh Renderer component's "Materials" list
4. Change "Element 0" to none
5. Crash (might need to move scene camera or zoom onto an object)
Alternatively:
1. Open attached project
2. Drag "prefab" into scene
