[Mesh Output] The default shader for mesh outputs is not updating the node when a mesh output is first created
Repro steps:
1. Create a new mesh output
2. Observe that it is missing the texture field
3. Copy-paste the output (or assign a different shader and then re-assign the default one)
4. Observe the texture field is visible
Expected outcome:
The texture field to be visible when the output is first created
