MenuItem keyboard shortcuts stop working after entering play mode
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Test either of the defined shortcuts (cmd+shift+r or cmd+e)
3. Notice that logs are displayed when hitting the shortcuts
4. Enter play mode
5. Test either of the keyboard shortcuts again
Reproduced on: 5.4.4f1, 5.5.1p1 (OSX only)
Not reproduced on: 5.6.0b5
Workaround: click on any of the top menu items when in playmode and close it, then the shortcuts start working

Never mind, I didn't have the "Unity Shortcuts" button toggled in the play mode toolbar. Didn't know that was a thing.
