[iOS] "CGColor" Memory leak on start up on 9.3.x
Reproduction steps:
1. Create and build new empty Unity project
2. Build it to Xcode profiler
3. Open "Leaks" instrument
4. Record Leaks
5. Notice "CGColor" leak at the start of project
Note: There is screenshot attached by User
Expected: No memory leaks with default simple scene
Reproduced in iOS version: 9.3 and 9.3.1
Did not reproduce in iOS version: 7.1.2, 8.1.1, 9.2.1
Notice it started in 9.3
