[Mecanim] Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V doesn't work in Animator window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "646469Animation.zip"
2. Open the "test" scene (it has simple game object, animation and controller)
3. Open Controller in Animator Window

First issue
- Try to Copy/Paste (Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V) the State . It doesn't work
Second issue (Fixed in 5.0)
- Try to Copy/Paste (by right clicking the mouse) few states with Transition. It pastes only two states without transitions
