MD indicates stop after breakpoint when adding/removing lines while debugging
-e: when you edit the a file in MD while debugging the indicator for the breakpoint stop are not pointing to where the breakpoint now is
-repro:
--open project
--open cs file
--add a breakpoint on the Debug line
--start the debugger
--play the scene
--add a few empty lines above the Debug line
--NOTICE the indicator arrow is now pointing to where the breakpoint was before
