Mathf.LerpAngle results doesn't respect rotation direction
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("LerpAngleTestCases.zip")
2. Open the Test Runner window (Window -> General -> Test Runner)
3. Switch to the PlayMode tab
4. Run All tests
Expected result: LerpAngleFailures test group passes all tests
Actual result: LerpAngleFailures test group fails the tests
Reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.24f1, 2020.3.4f1, 2021.1.3f1, 2021.2.0a13
