Materials' shader gets lost when pulling a repository branch
How to reproduce:
1. Put the attached project "BoHK.HololensViewer.zip" into a GitHub repository
2. Clone the project to another computer
3. Open that project
4. Select Assets/Materials/MRTKCubeClippingMat.mat
Expected results: The Material shader is set to "Custom/MRTKStrandardModelObject"
Actual results: The Material is pink
Reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.8f1, 2023.1.10f1, 2023.2.0b7, 2023.3.0a2
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
