[Materials] Changing color with MaterialPropertyBlock.SetColor() does not affect light bounce
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the available scene
3. Play scene
Result: The plane on the bottom changes color, while the plane on the top is still covered in white light. Changing a MaterialPropertyBlock's color with SetColor() does not affect light bounce.
Reproduced with: 5.5.0a2, 5.4.0b24, 5.3.5p5, 5.2.3p3
