[Material] Header attribute causes first property after it to have same name as header
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. In project tab, select "NewSurfaceShader broken" material
3. Notice toggle property named "Header Text" although in shader it's declared as "Toggle label text":
[Header(Header Text)]
[Toggle] _Toggle("Toggle label text", Float) = 0.0
