material.shaderKeywords output the same results even if there are different keywords created with Shader Variants
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project attached (New Unity Project 2.zip)
2. Open scene "Test".
3. Press Play.
4. Inspect console.
Expected result: Output result from different objects will be different due to shader variants:
Cube will output additional information about "ForwardBase DIRECTIONAL".
Cylinder will output additional information about "ForwardBase DIRECTIONAL_EMISSION".
Actual result: They are identical.
Reproduced on: 5.5.0f3, 5.6.3p2, 2017.2.0b9, 2017.3.0a6
