Custom shadered image is not rendered while in a parent's mask
Repro steps:
1) Open the project and Main scene
2) Play it and notice only one bar updates
3) Select Background->Masked->Panel and uncheck Mask component
4) Play and notices it works now
Regression from 5.1.4f1 - both bars update in it
